Kristen was a sweet and smart young woman. She approached life as she did her battle with cancer. That is...she gave it her all. She was a caring and devoted mother and to those who knew her, she was the same with her friends.
My prayers go out to her parents, John and Beverly and the family. May God give you all the strength to endure.

"Kristin was a beautiful, soft-spoken lady whose kindess and gentle spirit touched us all. I enjoyed many great conversations with her when we would both arrive to work early in the morning. I will always remember her bravery and positive attitude. She will be missed. God bless her family and know that she is smiling down on all of you."

This mornings headlines in our nations capital are filled with news of the passing of a statesman after a battle with brain cancer. This morning, however, my heart is weighed more heavily by the passing of a far greater person than any statesman could ever hope to be. Kristen could light up any room she walked in to and lifted the spirits of any person that knew her. I will always remember her for that bright smile and her never ending positive outlook. It was an honor to call her a colleague and a friend. I will never forget how she touched my life. My prayers reach out to her famiy.

I wish I had known her better! From my short time of working with her, I found her to be intelligent, kind and giving. She always showed me how strong willed and positive she can be; never doubting herself or others. We learned a lot from her and I wish her peace!

Kristen was a great person, always kind and caring and giving a helpful hand. I knew Kristen from our days working at Pratt & Whitney. May God Bless her and welcome her into heaven and give strength to her entire family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely Mary Pat

Kristen was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most sincere people I ever met. She was a beautiful person inside and out. It was an honor to have known her and I will miss her smiling face. I hope the joy that she brought to others and your fond memories help to soften your grief.
With heartfelt sympathy,

I would like to send my sincere sympathy to Kristen's Husband, children and parents. It is a great loss to all who knew her even if it was for a short amount of time. She was wonderful to talk to and always made you feel like she really cared for your concerns. She has been in my prayers for these many months, but I guess God needed a special angle like her to carry on the special work that they do, keeping her loved ones safe. I'm sure she put up a great fight to stay, but I pray in the end she was at peace.
