Lisa Mancini Obituary

MANCINI Lisa Marie Mancini, age 36, of Stratford, beloved daughter of Edward and Janet Kascak Mancini, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2003, at Bridgeport Hospital after a brief illness. Lisa Marie was born in Bridgeport, on January 21, 1967, and was a graduate of Stratford High School, Class of 1985. Lisa was employed as an operationos specialist for Tauck World Discovery Travel Co. for seven years. She was a member of the Friends of Will, Women of the Moose and Habitat for Humanity. In addition to her beloved parents, Lisa is survived by two brothers, Richard E. Mancini of Stratford, and Frank C. Mancini of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; three nieces; and two nephews. She is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2003, at 10 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Michaelos Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2189 Barnum Avenue, Stratford, TODAY, October 23, 2003, from 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those who so desire may contribute to the American Cancer Society in memory of Lisa Marie.
