Margery Hood Obituary
Margery B. Hood, 82, of Bridgeport formerly of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025. She is the daughter of the late Rev. James and Dorothy Buchanan Hood.
Margery worked for many years as a legal secretary. Her devotion to her faith and her church will be her lasting legacy. She is survived by her sister Dorothy of Colorado.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday August 29, 11 a.m. at Fairfield Grace United Methodist Church, 1089 Fairfield Woods Rd., Fairfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fairfield Grace Memorial Fund. Share a memory of Margery at www.spearmillerfuneralhome.com
