Marilyn Paules Obituary
In Loving Memory of Marilyn (Mimi) Paules September 5, 1954 - May 22, 2025
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mimi Paules, age 70, of Shelton, beloved wife of Jim Paules. Mimi passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025, with her family by her side after a brief illness. She was raised in Fairfield, CT and was the loving mother of 6 boys, a wonderful wife, sister, daughter and friend. Mimi was kind, gave everything she had to the people she loved and had a wonderful sense of humor. If you met her, you loved her.
Mimi is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Jim and children, Matthew (Alice and her son Harris), Derek (Jessica, Mackenna and Charli), Adam (Jennifer), Patrick (Talia and Patrick), Brian (Julia), her sisters, Cindy Putnick and Robin Howard (Jim) as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, George "Babe" Risley and Barbara Horvath, her son Jimmy, her brother Richard, and daughter-in-law Casey.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 19th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius Church in Fairfield, CT. Internment will be held at a later date.
Mimi will be deeply missed, and her memory will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends. "Good Night and God Bless".
