Jan. 26, 1978 - Oct. 20, 2017Michael D. Ferranti of White Plains, NY, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2017. He was born on January 26, 1978 to Gary & Helaine Quinn Ferranti. Michael grew up in Milford, CT and attended Jonathan Law High School. He graduated from Iona College in 2001, where he earned a degree in Business and played football for Iona. Michael loved sports from his early years and was an avid Giants and Yankees fan. He was employed as a sales executive by Altice USA. Michael is survived by his mother, Helaine, to whom he was a most devoted and loving son. In addition, Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Kathryn Haase-Ferranti and his cherished baby daughter, Mia, the light of his life. He is also survived by his father- & mother-in-law, Ron & Rosemarie Haase, brothers-in-law Brian & Mark, sister-in-law, Kristen, Godmother Jackie, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father as well as his much-loved stepfather, Robert E. Johnson.
To honor Michael's life, family and friends may gather on Monday, Oct. 23, from 4-8 p.m. at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY (914-698-5968). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, at St. Gregory the Great RC Church, 215 Halstead Ave., Harrison, NY. Interment will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery, 215 North St., Rye, NY. Donations in Michael's memory made be made to either Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
