My deepest sympathy goes out to Mike’s family and loved ones. I was very sad to hear of his passing. Mike was a good friend of mine in High School. He was always a lot of fun and totally embraced life. I'll never forget his mischievous unabashed smile. Above all, Mike was always a true friend. I’m very sorry that I lost contact with Mike. May he forever rest in peace.

I knew Michael for 5 years. I was his girlfriend and great friend. I loved Michael’s heart. He was a generous, creative, talented, fun-loving human being and I shared my best times with him. We shared many, many adventures together. We traveled many miles and experienced things that people dream about. We both loved nature, photography, food and art and we always wanted to keep exploring. I am going to miss him deeply and I have a great void in my heart that will not be able to be filled the same way ever again. I will keep him in my prayers and am thankful he is not suffering anymore.

I went to college with Micheal and worked with him on early in my career. He was a good man and great photographer. I had recommended him many times. I'm very sad to hear of his passing. I will miss him.

My heartfelt thoughts to Mike's family, to Karen and to his many friends.
We were lucky to have worked with him. Amazing photographer--intelligent, creative, inspired, spirited, soulful....fun!
As friend, I think of Mike's exuberance, his warmth and generosity, his love of nature, beauty, his family and friends. He lived large, heart like a lion. Unforgettable. Peace, Mikey. We love you.
