I just found out about your dad (Monty) passing.I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your lost.Monty was a special person and will be truely missed.I was lucky enough not only to work for your dad,but also got to know him on a personal level.Monty gave me opportunities to see and do things I never thought I'd be able to.I will always hold those memories close to me.Jimmy,Christine if there is anything you need don't hesitate to ask.Monty may have been my boss,but I always considered him my best friend.May god bless you and the whole Blakeman family.
Monty I miss you and will never forget how you pushed me to become the person I am today.Rest in peace my friend.

Monty was one of the finest people I have ever met and he will be sorely missed. In addition to being an excellent real estate developer, he was as fine a gentleman as one could hope to meet. Very Sorry for your loss. It was an honor to know and work for Monty. He was a very caring person who would do anything for those he loved. The advice he gave me will never be forgotten. He will be missed. I understand the pain of loosing a parent so young, and I know Monty is with my mother and she will take care of him.

I am extremely saddened by Monty's untimely passing. He was one of a select few people that I truly admired. His honesty, fairness and caring for others was unparalleled. Also, his intelligence combined with his optimism and determination enabled him to reach heights that only a few people can claim to have reached.
In the end, the world is a better place because of Monty's contributions and I am so proud to have known him. My deepest condolences to Jimmy, Chris and his grandchildren...

Hey Aloha Chris and Jimmie, I was sad to hear about the loss of your dad, still so young and strong. How much he accomplished in this lifetime is amazing. Monty kept us going thru thick and thin, even when no one else was building. He still always made time for a chat and a smile. There's no one bolder than Monty. I guess you guys will have to carry on,maybe God needed help on a big project and called in Monty. Hard to resist THAT call. Peace be with youguys and rest in peace, Monty.

In life there are not too many people that come along that you feel that special feeling that transends friendship. Monty was one of those people that cared more for others than himself and it has been my pleasure to call him my special friend.

Both of you are and always will be his greatest accomplishment. He was so proud of you both. My he live on through you forever. I am deeply saddened. So many memories...Working for him, Going to Bike week with Dave, Jan, Bobby Genaccaro...the game dinners,Fun at the office, Long Hill and Aspetuck.. throwing me in that excavator..judging me when we would go on a run for work and I would drive the 5yrd dumptruck, and him telling me, damn Laurie...You DO know how to drive a stick..This is a the perfect truck for a girl! lol...Him bringing my my xmas tree from Dads tree farm in VT when I was sick..and putting it up for me..I could go on and on. So very sorry for the loss of your dad. Over the coarse of the last two years I had come to know him better than the previous twenty years combined.
