Patrick Doran Obituary
Patrick B. Doran, age 55, a lifelong Fairfield resident passed unexpectedly on May 9th 2020. Patrick found what he loved to do and became the owner of Renaissance construction as a design build carpenter. He's survived by his beloved mother, Anita Doran, brother, Michael and wife, Kristine Doran, brother, Sean Doran and two nieces, Melissa Doran and Allison Doran. Patrick was predeceased by his father, Bernard Doran. He will be greatly missed by many friends and family, especially his partner and best friend, Sue Reynolds. Due to the current health pandemic, services will be private.

I am so sorry to have missed the announcement of Patrick´s passing. I was good friends with Patrick and Sean in our youth. Patrick will be sorely missed. He was just a great guy. I remember him teaching Sean and I how to lift weights "properly" down in the basement, and I went from weighing about 120lbs, to about 155lbs. Bench pressing about 75 lbs when I started, and about 250lbs, when Patrick and Sean were done with me. I know that Patrick has gone to rest with our Savior Jesus Christ. Patrick wasn´t a perfect man, but he loved people, and cared about them with his deeds

Pat was a special guy. We had a great time hanging out in high school and he was always up for anything with a positive attitude. As we got older when I would see him every 3 years around town he was the same. He would be so enthusiastic about his business his craft and genuinely interested in what you were doing. That was Pat. I am so sorry he is gone. He will be missed

I was truly heartbroken to hear of his passing. Pat was the nicest and sweetest of human beings that I have ever known. I am so glad I had a chance to see him at our last reunion. My heart goes out to all his loved ones. May he rest in peace and may his memory be eternal. ❤

Terrible loss. Along with being a great contractor and all-around great guy, Pat was a fantastic gardener. In his memory, my wife and I are going to start a garden this year.

I am so incredibly saddened to have learned of Pat's passing. Truly one of the nicest guys I ever got to know. I have fantastic memories of playing high school hockey together and catching up at some of the reunions. Sending heartfelt condolences to family and friends. Godspeed, Pat. I have know Pat since middle school. I will never forget the great big smile along with his big heart he had. No matter when I saw Pat he made me feel extra special. He had that something extra special thing about him. I was so happy that Pat and Sue were able to attended our AWHS class of 1983 reunion this past year. It seems like yesterday...he walked into the reunion with a great big smile on this face. It was so nice seeing him and It breaks my heart as I know all his family and friends hearts are broken too that he is gone. RIP Pat xoxo
