Rita A. Frosceno

FROSCENO Rita A Frosceno, age 57, of Derby, entered into rest on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Griffin Hospital, Derby. Mrs. Frosceno was born in Derby on August 6, 1951, daughter of the late Anthony and Adriana Frezza Denigris and was a life long Derby resident. She was a pharmacy technician for Expect Pharmacy in Derby for 10 years. She was a member of the Cancer Support Group at Griffin Hospital and a parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Derby. She was survived by a son, Daniel Anthony Frosceno, Jr. and his wife, Kimberly; a daughter, Andrea Frosceno; a brother, Anthony DeNigris; a step-grandchild, Shayna; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her former husband, Daniel A. Frosceno, Sr.; and her best friend, Eileen Marciniak and her children, Meaghan and Timothy. Friends may greet the family on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. On Friday her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Derby. Burial will follow at Mt. St. Peter's Cemetery in Derby.
