Ronnie C. Finnie

FINNIE Robert C. Finnie, age 73, of Norwalk, died on Thursday, April 4, 2003, at his home. Born in Detroit to the late Isabella Holt Finnie and Haldeman Finnie. He is survived by a son, Stoddard Finnie of Fairfield; a granddaughter, Gaelen Isabella Finnie of Fairfield; a brother, David H. Finnie of New Caanan; and a sister, Janet H. Finnie of New York, N.Y. He graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and Princeton University. For many years he worked in advertising and marketing in New York and remained the principal of his firm, Venture Marketing. He was a former member of the Fairfield County Hunt Club and the Country Club of Fairfield. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, April 10, 2003, at the Unitarian Church in Westport, 10 Lyons Plains Road, in Westport at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one"s choice. Arrangements entrusted to Baker Funeral Services, 84 South Main Street, Norwalk, CT.
