Rose Combis Obituary

Combis, Rose
Rose Prackup Combis, 93, wife of the late Leon A. Combis, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Cambridge Manor in Fairfield. Born in Westport, she was a longtime resident of East Norwalk and Fairfield. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed working around her yard in her spare time. Rose was predeceased by a son, Douglas L. Combis. Survivors include her sons, Thomas Combis of Orlando, FL and Lee M. Combis and his wife Lucy of Norwalk; daughter, Pamela Corba and her husband Ken of Shelton; six grandchildren, Robert Combis and his wife Jillian, Susan Fiveson and her husband Ken, Kimberly Damato and her husband Bryan, Leann Combis, Danielle Arteaga and her husband Thorsten and Stacey Lyn; and eleven great-grandchildren, Nate, Frankie, Grace, Helene, Sophia, Clara, Anabelle, Lily, Amelia, Matthew and Cameron. Burial will be private. Arrangements are in the care of County Cremation Service, 36 South Pine Creek Road, Fairfield.
