Sally A. LoPresti
Sally A. LoPresti, age 90, formerly of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Andrew G. LoPresti, passed away in her home in Woodbridge on September 10, 2025. Sally was born in Rumford, Maine on April 10, 1935, to the late Wilfred J. and Dorothy (Hughes) Giroux and had been a longtime area resident. She retired from Bridgeport Hospital, where she was a secretary for many years. Sally was an avid quilter and a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed spending time in Maine and skiing at Sugar Loaf Mountain. Survivors include her devoted children, Karen (Jack) Grant of North Branford, David (Laura) LoPresti of Shelton, Doreen (Jim Brennan) LoPresti of Watertown, and James (Tracey Rose) LoPresti of North Haven, 5 cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Kaycie, Jay, Dillan, and Andi, and her great-granddaughter, Londyn. Visitation on Wednesday September 17, 2025, from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Sally many years at the hospital. She was always so kind and diligent doing a great job. She truly was a gift to this world. Her memory will always be a blessing.
