Stella Yitts Pellino

PELLINO Stella Yitts Pellino, age 92, of Bridgeport, wife of the late Nicholas Pellino, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 16, 2006 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Kingston, N.Y., on July 9, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Florence Irene Yitts and moved to Bridgeport as an infant. She was a loving and caring mother to a son, Tony Pellino and his wife, Evelyn, of Huntington; two daughters, Florence Langdon and her husband, Ronald, of Stratford, and Dorothy (Chickie) Pellino of Bridgeport; the loving grandmother of Tony, Gary and Mark Pellino, Karen Murphy, Mark Pedersen, Seri Pasmeg and Nicole Langdon; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Frank, Robert and Louis Yitts; three sisters, Gertrude Cocca and Dorothy and Louise Yitts. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 9 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial.
