Dear Epiphano Family, I'm terribly saddened for you. Steve was one of the few people I've known along the way whose core was as positive and honestly friendly and outgoing - a smile that came so quickly and effortlessly. He's gone but his spirit will always be with you and so many people fortunate to call his friend.

Dad,
It's 1:30 in the morning and the only other person I know who would be up at this hour would be you. I can't stop thinking of you...I have been crying and I have been laughing. I have been listening to stories and I have been telling stories about the past and reminiscing, however, let's be honest...no one can tell a story quite like you.
As a man, there has never been and there never will be anyone exactly like you. You were magnificently brilliant, exceedingly charming, and wildly hilarious...to say the least.
I am finding some comfort knowing that you are finally at peace. I am grateful for the 35 years I had with you, and any more time would've been appreciated but never would've been enough.
Piper & Grayson send their doggy prayers to you (which you can probably hear) and they are anxiously waiting for their Trolli Crawlers to fall from heaven.
I know I will see you again and until then; I hope you are reveling in the authentic joy, peace, and happiness you have always deserved.
I love you with all my heart. Unforgettable.
Love always,
Liza

Steve was always a caracature in my Families lives. For me, Steve was always a devil-may-care friend who always brought positive, loving, and fun energy. I will have a hard time - forever - figuring out how his incongrueus end came to be.
