Stephen Labowsky Obituary

LABOWSKY Stephen Labowsky of Monroe, beloved husband of Helen Hesse Labowsky and father of Tracy Labowsky, passed away Friday, May 23, 2008 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He was born in Seymour and proudly served in the 11th Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky. Mr. La-bowsky retired from Schick Safety Razor Company in Milford, where he was a tool and die maker and later a manufacturing engineer. In addition to his wife and daughter, he survived by two brothers, Peter of Ansonia and Alexander of Madison; a sister, Amelia of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; and many cherished friends survive him. A Mass of Christian Burial meeting DIRECTLY in St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main Street, Trumbull, will be celebrated Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 11 a.m. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
