Hobbs, Jr. passed away peacefully at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford on Thursday August 31, 2017. Her warm spirit, friendly disposition and sense of humor were contagious, and she always was willing to help others. Her main focus in life was family and she relished her role as wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors in addition to her beloved husband Thomas include three loving sons, Peter S. Hobbs of Fairfield, Frederick M. Hobbs of Fairfield and Brian M. Hobbs and his wife Laura of Trumbull; five cherished grandchildren, Beatrice Piper, Anna Grace, Matthew Nicholas, Tyler Quinn and Addison Taylor Hobbs; a devoted sister, Nancy Henry and her husband Ronald J.
