August 3, 1958 - July 9, 2025

Mark Alan Carr, 66, of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, passed away July 9, 2025, at his residence.

He was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on August 3, 1958, a son of Dale and Barbara Carr of Mineral Wells, West Virginia.

Mark was an Electrical Engineer for Vitro Glass Company. He enjoyed restoring antique radios and British sports cars.

Mark is survived by his wife of 40 years, Catherine Carr of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; brother, Steven Carr (Nancy) of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; sister, Dianne Wheaton (Lewis) of Mansfield, Ohio; two nephews, Ryan and Justin Wheaton; and one niece, Lindsey (Carr) Stewart.

Service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Reverend Cindy Eakle officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2025, at the funeral home from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
