Matthew Stahl Obituary
Matthew Shane Stahl, 21 years old, recently of Etters and formerly of Newport, passed away November 7, 2018 as the victim of an automobile accident. He was a 2015 graduate of West Perry High School and of Harrisburg Area Community College where he was an IT Technician and studied network technology. He was an avid computer gamer and loved building computers (KimKam120). He was employed by Rutters Corporation in York as an IT specialist. He enjoyed going to car shows and well as racing cars, especially his Miata . He enjoyed spending time with his friends.
Matthew is survived by his father, Paul E. Stahl of Newport; mother, Tina Stahl of Shermans Dale; love of his life, Brielle Foley; half-sister, Mary Byers Stahl of Carlisle; girl ; maternal grandmother, Janet Kauffman of Shippensburg; uncle, Keith Kauffman of Carlisle; aunt, Vinita Kanagy of Carlisle; niece, Olivia Kauffman and nephew, Garred Kanagy. He was preceded in death by half brothers, Paul B. and Gary Stahl and maternal grandfather, Harold E. Kauffman.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 17 at 1 PM at the Newport Assembly of God Church.
