We met Jessie Lee after Todd joined the Elks Lodge here in Carlsbad in 1993. He always had a smile on his face when he seen ya and always tried to make me laugh. I loved to hear his stories and hear him sing. He loved to talk about his Peggy and his kids. One night he asked me to letter his garage door at his home. And I said really? What you want on it? He said, "Jessie's Joint" I said are you sure? He says yep thats what I want, so thats what I wrote :) "Jessie's Joint" was a fun place to be with his pickin and grinin sessions! I and Todd have lots of good memories with Jessie and Peggy :) Jessie Lee was a good man I miss him dearly.
