Eldon Wooters Obituary

Eldon W. 'Woody' 'Bud'  Wooters, 91, of Lincoln, Neb., passed away Sept. 11, 2025.

Woody was born Jan. 11, 1934, in Broken Bow, to Oscar and Florence (Dodd) Wooters.

He served as a Veteran in the US Army. He worked for many years with Cushman Motors as a Project Engineer.

Woody is survived by his son Jeffrey (Laura) Wooters; daughter Kelli (Jim) Fritz; grandchildren Alex (Jodie Smith) and Ethan (Candice Prider) Wooters, Kevin Fritz; step-grandchildren Dustin, Tiffany and Brandon and their mother Kathy; beloved great-grandchildren; extended family members; friends; and special friend Mary Ann.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wives Beverly and Charlotte; siblings - Mel, Ralph, Louise, Florence, Wayne, Velma, and Frank.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' Street.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
