Dear Peggy & family, we are so very sorry to hear of Dale's passing. I remember him fondly as a quiet man with a very wry sense of humor, and always a smile on his face. I know he'll be missed a lot, but he's safe in God's hands now. Sending you lots of Love and comfort... Rebecca ("Becki") & family XO

So sad to hear of Dale's passing. I thoroughly enjoyed the years I worked with him at City of DeKalb... he was such a kind man.
