Not sure what to say?

Tony, Nancy, Janet & families,
Our deepest condolances on David's passing. He was a good man and good son as was Mark. No parent should have to lose a child, yet alone two. I remember that any time that I or my wife ever saw Dave he always said hi and wanted to know how we were doing. He will be sorely missed.
I would also like to take this time to thank you for all the visits you made to see Mom while she was at Maplecrest even though you didn't have to. She so enjoyed them and looked forward to them. She thought the world of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our deepest sympathy,

Tom & Peg Littlejohn

May 13, 2009

Dear Nancy and family...once again a tragic event has changed the course of your lives direction. For those of us who have dealt with the loss of a child, know how we become kindred spirits, and find comfort in knowing how deeply the pain penetrates our lives...We are forever changed and challenged to find ways to put meaning and purpose back into our lives...but through faith and support from those who care, we do learn new ways to face the future...remember both Mark and Dave were your gifts for whatever period of time they were here on earth with you...and in your heart their love will give you courage to move forward...and gain a deeper understanding of life and help you find answers in the midst of your deep sorrow..Though I only met Dave when he came with you to one of our meetings, I know what a great young man he truly was, and all of the testimonies in your guest book certainly does reinforce this thought...May God give you streng to face the future with hope, love and determination. Your family is in my prayers...Carole Strom Buhl...Rockford, Il...co-leader of Ray of Hope...

Our sincere condolences to the Conro family and all of Dave's loved ones. We too, are heartbroken at his passing. We feel fortunate to have had Dave as a true friend for so many years. He will always be fondly remembered and deeply missed.

Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there, I did not die.
