JAMES JOINER Obituary

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – James M. Joiner, 73, died Dec. 28, 2011, at his home in Titusville, Fla.
Jim was born Feb. 17, 1938, to Vivian and Virginia (Entwistle) Joiner in Sycamore, Ill. He lived in Sycamore for most of his life, moving to Florida as a permanent resident in 1987. He was a printer by trade, working at several Sycamore area businesses including the True Republican newspaper, Johnson Printing, and DC Lithographers.
Jim was an avid model train hobbyist and collector, amateur photographer, and collector of clocks. He was a survivor of a liver transplant in 1997 and a kidney transplant a few years later.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Ann Klein of Bend, Ore.; four brothers, Harold and Gene of Sycamore, Darrell of Lincoln, Maine, and Joseph of Portland, Ore.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was cremated, and his memory will be observed at a graveside service of family and friends at 11 am. Saturday, June 2, at Ohio Grove Cemetery near Sycamore.
