Kurt was like a brother to me I've known Kurt for 25+ years but I hope that he's in a better place and that the Bears won Super Bowl's always we love watching the Bears together and I love going up and visiting him and his wife in SolvangI will never forget my friend and he will live in my heart forever I miss you buddy Bear Down!!!!

Growing up with Kurt and so many others in Dekalb, we came to get to know so many and made them friends. Kurt was a wonderful guy, he loved to smile. You couldn't take that away from him. His rips on the bass guitar were magical to say the least. He had raw talent many appreciated. He truly loved music!
It was an honor to have known & chatted with Kurt over the years. I ask Almighty God to reach into the hearts of Natasha his wife, his mother and his sister & giver them comfort and peace in this difficult time.
I know I can speak freely for so many of Kurt's former classmates in saying, dude, we love you and will miss you. You touched the hearts of so many over the years. May your soul find eternal rest in the arms of the Living God; Jesus Christ.
I hope the gathering scheduled for Kurt's memories is filled to capacity because people do care when a loved one or friend passes.
