ROBLEWSKI Anthony "Tony" Wroblewski, 83, of Monee, formerly of Chicago Heights and Largo, FL, died Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Imperial Grove & Rehab, Chicago. Born October 28, 1923 in Chicago Heights. Loving husband of Pearl, nee Carcelli; devoted father of Renee Hennessy and the late Rick Wroblewski (Jan. 21, 1979); brother of Charlotte Costello, Bernice Minesci and Hattie Fiordo; brother-in-law of Connie & Lorraine Wroblewski. Tony was a retired press operator from Ford Motor Company and proudly served the U.S. Army during WWII. Member of former St. Joseph's Catholic Church, member of Holy Name Society, local #588 UAW, Ford Motor Co. Retirees Club, Polish-American Club, volunteer for Tuesday night Bingo-PACF and Charter Member of CWV Post 1060, Chicago Heights. Visitation Sunday, January 7, 2007 from 2 to 8 PM at Crete Funeral Home 1182 Main St. (Dixie Hwy.), Crete, IL 60417. Leaving funeral home Monday 9:30 for 10 AM Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Park Forest, IL. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Steger, IL. (708) 672-7600.

I'm so sorry to here about your loss. I have a lot of fond memories with your family during my youth. Especially playing with the AFX race cars with Rick. You treated me like your own son.
