Glendell Moore Obituary


Elizabeth City resident

Glendell C. Moore of Elizabeth City, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012. Celebration of life will take place on Saturday at Holy Trinity Community Church at 11 a.m. Viewing will take place Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Glendell leaves to cherish his memories loving wife, Dorothy "sweetie" Moore; four daughters, Sheila Moore Overton (Charles) of Hertford, Dawn Griffin (Mark) of Dundalk, Md., Delera Morgan of Raleigh and Denise Brumsey (Taron) of Elizabeth City; one son, Darren Morgan of Philadelphia, Pa: two sisters, Della Crutch and Emma Moore; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Rivers Community Funeral Home is expressing sympathy through sincere service to the Moore family.
