GREENVILLE - Ruby I. Cool, 97 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Thursday January 27, 2022 at 6:35 PM at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville, Ohio. Ruby was born on April 9, 1924 in Yorkshire, Ohio, the daughter of the late Leo S. and Bernice I. (George) Barge. Ruby was a member of the Women of the Moose.
Ruby is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Lewis Cool in January of 1989; her sisters: Velma Thiebeau, Eileen Christian, June Barge, and Barbara Grisez; her brothers: Elden "Bud" Barga, Dale "Butch" Barge, Wayne Barge, George Barge, Lowell Barga, Paul "Sarge" Barge, Jerome Barge, and Leo K. Barge; and her step son: Marion Dale Cool.
Ruby is survived by 4 step children and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Wednesday February 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Gary Oser officiating. Burial will be private at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Everheart Hospice. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.zecharbailey.com for the Cool family.
