Oh my God, Margaret! I just found this out today! And I was so looking forward to seeing you both when I return to San Pedro for a visit this Christmas! From our experience working together, he became my dear friend! He was like a brother to me as you know! I have missed him dearly since we both left our jobs! My heart cries for your loss! My sincere condolences to you and your family!

I believe that at some point in every mans life the thought "will I be remembered?" goes through his mind. While our paths only crossed a couple of times we will always remember Neil as a good friend. Our well wishes go out to the entire Harper family at this difficult time. Peace.

Reading this makes me cry. I miss "dad" very much and I will never forget him. He was like a father to me. He is the reason why my little girl is here today and I am so greatful for that. Brian, Eric and Mom...you guys are in my prayers and will continue to be in them. I love you all.
