I miss you Jean, your spirit still inspires me to find the best outcomes by ensuring all voices are heard whenever change or conflict arise. It was your culture of appreciation at Rally that unlocked the potential I express today. I miss you, we may never have said more than few words to each other, it was our smiles that conveyed who we were to each other. I miss you and I tell people about you whenever its appropriate so you will continue to live on.

Jean was a treasured colleague.
From the early days of Rally to the services to the Agile conferences and Kanban trainings I remember what a wonderful, wonderful spirit and human being.
I recall the keynote she gave in her bare feet to raise awareness for simple things like shoes we take for granted.
RIP Jean. We are way, way better for having known you.

I first met Jean at an Agile conference in Australia in 2008. Together with Craig Langenfeld they convinced me to leave NZ and move to Australia to work for Rally. Jean was one of a kind, an inspiration, a mentor and a friend. I still remember a Rally coaches catch up where the conversation was around when they first met Jean and how long before the got to work with Rally to work with her.
She was also a keynote speaker at the first Agile conference I organised in Auckland NZ and went above and beyond to ensure she could get there, despite a small thing like a volcanic ash cloud grounding flights. She never wanted to let anyone down. A legend who left us way too soon.

I love this woman, even though I have never met her in person. Her wisdom shines bright through her teachings and book, Collaboration Explained. Thank you, Jean!

I had the privilege and honor of conducting a joint seminar with Jean couple of years ago on Agile. Her passion and commitment to make things better has stayed with me and inspired me in many ways. I am sad to learn that she is no longer with us. RIP, Jean.

I don't know Jean. I never met her. But in one of my HuffPost commentaries, I cite her insight into the dynamics of leadership. I am surprised to learn today that she has passed away. RIP.

Jean stood up for me when I married Steve Lobeck in 1987. She contacted me a couple of years ago and we did a bit of catching up. I was so sad to hear that she is no longer with us. RIP, Jean.

I always told her that our time together was one of the richest periods in my life. Our friends remember the fun and joy she shared with them. She was unforgettable. And so my dear Jean, RIP and know that you are loved.
