Funeral services for Lex "Slim" "Poppy" Price, 69 of Corinth are set for Monday, December 12, 2022, at 11 am at Magnolia Funeral Home – East with interment in Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 5pm-8pm and Monday, December 12, 2022, from 10 am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST. Bro. Alan Parker and Bro. Michael Page will officiate the service.

Pallbearers will be James Box, Bro. John Clark, Sterling Mathis, David Wallin, Will Jones, Sam Tull, Thom Floyd and Tyler Floyd.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.

Born August 14, 1953, in Corinth, Lex passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at his home. He is of the Baptist faith and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Price worked for Tull Brothers for 51 years as a door installer and he was also the owner of Price Used Auto Parts. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed watching all football games but he loved to attend his son, Ron's team football games. Lex enjoyed fishing, working on cars and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish Lex's memory are his wife of 48 years, Debbie Price; sons, Ron Price (Darden) and Shon Price (Kacy); six grandchildren, Molly Addison Price, Paisley Price, Pately Grace Price, Mary Fenly Price, Paxton Price and Major Price; sisters, Shirley Price Feazell (Bobby), Linda Price Floyd (Tommy) and Tammie Price Thrasher (Dewayne); numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Anglon Price; mother, Ophelia Hammock Price and his brother, Scotty Price.
