AMELIA "AMY" KIRSCHNER

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA - Amelia "Amy" Kirschner, 85, of Kingston and West Palm Beach, Florida died at her home in West Palm Beach, on Thursday September 2, 2021 in the care of Hospice with her loving husband at her side. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania March 1, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Rose Kramer.Amy graduated from Wappingers Central High School and attended Vassar College. She was the co-owner of Lew and Amy Kirschner Catering until her retirement. She was the past president of the Women's Auxiliary of both the Kingston and Benedictine Hospital. She was the past president and member of the Breakers West Women's Golf Association, and member of the Breakers West Women's Connection. Amy was a chairwoman and member of the Play for Pink Golf Tournament and was also a member of the Reher Museum. She was an avid mahjongg and canasta player.Surviving is her husband of sixty two years Lewis C. Kirschner, two sons, Alan M. Kirschner and his wife Lea, the Hon. Philip W. Kirschner and his wife Heidi. Three grandchildren Jacob, Grace and Joseph. Brothers in law Stephan Kirschner and his wife Vicki and Herbert Kirschner and his wife Patti. Nieces and nephews also survive.A brother, Herman Kramer predeceased her.Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of Joseph V.
