Ann was a fixture at Astor for years when you walked in the front door you would see her in the reception area. I referred to Ann as Ms. Astor, she was a driving force behind the running of the agency. As a new supervisor in the residence years ago I would often seek direction from Ann as she new what was up. I got to know Ann during my years working with her at Astor. Ann was a smart lady with good soul a kind heart. Ann was the person who you wanted to be in the trenchs besides you as you could always count on her. Ann will be missed.
