Well, I remember Danny Lewis from the 3rd grade in Mrs. Sheeley´s class at the Washington Elementary in Kingston. He was the friendliest boy around. There´s a class picture where all of us are sitting on the steps in front of the gym. I remember Danny´s open smile. He looked like a game show host, so expressive. One day I´ll find that picture again and share it. That same year he invited me to his home in Binnewater to work on our science project. It was a prehistoric diorama and we took it on the bus back to his house with the RFD address. There I met his family and another classmate named Allen Lawlor who stopped by. I´m sorry to have found out about Dan´s passing during a random online search. My belated condolences to his family and other loved ones.

My baby brother We didn't always agree on everything but we did look out for each other. During the last two and a half years we talked daily, sometimes several times a day. We visited every week, you learned to like my cooking or maybe not. I will definitely miss you and will think about you often.

We are so sorry for the Lewis' family's loss. Dan was a kind and loving man with an understated sense of humor. We could not have asked for a more supportive father-in-law for our son Rob or loving grandpa for Claire and Clark. Dan and Ethel loved Melissa

We are so sorry for the Lewis' family's loss. Dan was a kind and loving man with an understated sense of humor. We could not have asked for a more supportive father-in-law for our son Rob or loving grandpa for Claire and Clark. Dan and Ethel loved Melissa and John and were proud of the adults they have become.
