Condolence to Frank's family and his great companion Debbie. He was a likable guy and very funny. I met him 2-3 wks ago and we talked about East Kingston. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I am so glad I had that 1/2 hour with him.

My heartfelt condolences to Frank's family and friends. He was a close Adams St. neighbor for many years and always had a kind word for everyone. His smile and laugh will always be remembered. He was an amazing man that touched so many lives. RIP Frank.

I was shocked to learn of the passing of Frank. As children we were quite close but as timed passed we drifted apart. I will always remember the good times out at the creek running up and down in the aluminum row boat with a motor. Rest in Peace.
