DAVID B. FENNICKS

David B. Fennicks, 50, of Schenectady, died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, September 23, 2010. He was born on September 7, 1960, to William B. and Cecile M. Fennicks. He was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School, class of 1978. He was a food service supervisor for ten years at St. Clare's Hospital and then a dedicated employee of U.S. Food Service. In addition to his parents, David is survived by his wife, Claudette Long-Fennicks; daughters, Shawnna and Cierra Long-Fennicks; stepson, Lawson Long; siblings, William B. Fennicks, Jr. of Clifton Park, Sandra A. Mason and Angela (Ben) Apang, both of Schenectady; and a host of nieces, nephews and family that truly loved him. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Light's Funeral Home, 1428 State St., Schenectady, followed by interment at Park View Cemetery, Schenectady.
