To the entire Phelps family,I'm so very sorry for your loss.I worked with Butch at Waterford G.E.He was one of the good guys there.When I first started working there as a 20yr.old,Butch kinda took me " under his wing " and showed me around the plant.Rest in peace Butch.We'll meet up again one day and maybe you can show me around again.
