Kenneth St. Andrews Obituary

Kenneth "Skip" St. Andrews, 69, of Rotterdam passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2022 at Albany Medical Center. He was a hard-working family man who adored his grandchildren and spending time with family and friends, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and was always happy to lend a hand. He loved Budweiser, the Washington Redskins, his dog "Ruger" and Friday night poker games in his garage.

Skip is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lynn (Ostrander) St. Andrews and their children, William St. Andrews and Kelly (Doug DeGraff) St. Andrews; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family members. Also by his godson, Keith Seamans Jr., his best friend, Kenny (Theresa) Tompkins and his crew at Extreme Heating & Cooling, Inc. Skip is predeceased by his son, Kenneth "Junior" St. Andrews who passed in 2021 as well as by four siblings.

A visitation will be held on Thursday 5-7 pm with a 7 p.m. funeral service at Light's Funeral Home, 1428 State St., Schenectady. Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Schenectady Memorial Park, 566 Giffords Church Rd., Rotterdam. Procession departs the funeral home at 9:15 am.
