Laura J. Belott

Laura J. Belott, 92, passed away on Sunday, December 20th at Elderwood at Ticonderoga after a long illness. Born in Rotterdam, NY Laura was the daughter of the late John and Clara Mae Ferbert. A former secretary with Leonard Communications, Laura enjoyed fishing, making crafts, knitting, croquette and spending her time with her children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband John D. Belott, Laura is survived by her children, James Belott (Melody) of Paradox, John Belott Jr. (Diane) of East Berne, Judy Paludi (late Tony) of Schenectady and Joyce Sencebaugh (William) of Floral City, FL, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Services for Laura will be held graveside at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Brandywine Ave., Schenectady on Monday December 28th at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Laura's memory to Alzheimer's Association, 4 Pine West Plaza # 405, Albany, NY 12205.
