MaryAnn Glantzis Obituary

MaryAnn Glantzis Schenectady MaryAnn Glantzis, 67, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013. MaryAnn was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Leon and Genevieve Kuhn and was a lifelong area resident. She was educated in Schenectady and graduated from Linton High School. MaryAnn was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker and was considered a second mom to many neighborhood children. She was also a communicant of St. Luke's Parish. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Glantzis; son, Michael Glantzis; grandsons, Michael Glantzis Jr. and Angelo Pezzi; and her feline companions, Sophie and R J. MaryAnn was predeceased by her husband, Donald Mizenko. The funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Calling hours will precede the service from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
