Zachary D’Avignon Obituary

Zachary James Christopher D’Avignon, 21, beloved son, brother and grandson, passed away unexpectedly in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 12, 2021. He is survived by his mother Teresa Watkins of Schenectady, brother Michael E. Webb of Bailey, Colorado, sister Kalei R. D’Avignon of Troy and half-sister Sidney D’Avignon. He will be deeply missed by his grandmother Sandi Hunt of Barefoot Bay, Florida, his aunt Jodi (Lorris) Smith, his cousins Morgan and L.J. Smith of Bailey, CO, along with several other cousins. Zachary was a free spirit who loved to travel and was well known in each community where he settled because of his outgoing personality and eclectic interests. He was always on the lookout for something to repair or invent. He will be remembered always by his family, friends and classmates for his compassion and friendliness for everyone he met along the way from New York to Florida to Massachusetts to Missouri. Memories of his love for family, his infectious grin, inquisitive mind, sense of adventure, resiliency and impulsive lifestyle will be forever cherished. A celebration of Zachary’s life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. A donation in his name to an animal welfare group of your choice for the care and support of homeless animals would be something he appreciated.
