Albert Kick Obituary

Albert C. "Charlie" Kick of Lombard for several years Visitation for Albert C. "Charlie" Kick, 58, formerly of Yorkville for many years, will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 4, at Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Parkway, Yorkville. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, at Cross Lutheran Church, 8609 Route 47, Yorkville, with Pastor Brian Truog officiating. Interment will follow in Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Yorkville. Born Jan. 11, 1951, in Woodstock, he died Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. Charlie was a veteran of the Army and the owner and operator of West Data, a cable assembly manufacturer. He was the husband of Juliana Triana Kick of Lombard; father of Jamie (Frank) Hill of Buford, Ga. and Jared (Jena) Kick of Yorkville; grandfather of Monique, Hanna, Grace and Colton Hill, and Cody and Landon Kick; son of Louis and Margaret Kick of Yorkville; and brother of eight. A memorial fund is being established by his family for selected charities. For information, 630-553-7611.
