Alice Whedon Obituary

Alice May Pearsall was born in Chicago on June 30, 1928. She met Jack Whedon and they married on September 2, 1948. They had 5 Children, Dave (Karen), Janet (George), Laura (Dave), Ellen (Bob), Chris (Dan); 15 Grandchildren, Sarah, Brian, Jeffrey, Jillian, Madigan, George, Andrew, Myles, Spencer, David, Karly, Mitchell, Anna, Emma, Micayla; Great-Grandmother to 11.

Our mother, our guiding light, and source of endless love, passed away on March 24th.

She lived by the principle "always be helpful" instilling it in us through her actions. So many people benefited from her ability to see a need and offer unwavering support.

She believed that laughter is good medicine. She had a great sense of humor, she was always happy, and never failed at making everybody around her laugh.

We'll miss the hand that held us steady, and the embrace that whispered "I've got you." Though gone, her lessons and love live on.
