AMELIA VALLEJO Obituary

ELGIN - Amelia Vallejo, 88, died Monday, September 08, 2014 in Elgin IL. Amelia was born September 26, 1926 the daughter of Serafin and Eva (Perales) Apolinar. Amelia was a longtime resident of Elgin. Amelia is preceded in death by her husband Daniel of 60 years; one daughter Maria Bosch; one son Jesus; One grandson Tony Guzman. She is survived by four daughters, Eva Pineda, Eloisa (Daniel) Soto, Amelia Gonzales, and Norma Himert; One son, Daniel (Cecilia) Vallejo, all of Elgin; 13 grandchildren. Visitation will be September 10, 2014 at the O'Connor-Leetz Funeral Home, 364 Division St., Elgin from 4-7 p.m. with funeral services September 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Hope Cemetery. For information, 847-741-1400.
