I always enjoyed stopping by when in town to catch up and reminisce. Sorry we won't be in town this weekend, but I'm only a phone call away and I will make sure to call and stop my next visit that way.

Although we have not had the years together others have we feel the loss of a sincere and good husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend. God Bless all of you as you grieve and celebrate the life Don lived. It is always the celebration of life that lives on forever not the grief we are overcome with at the time of loss. Celebrate his life, dance, love, laugh and praise God from whom all blessings flow. We are sad but we are happy too because his life included all of you so that we know it was a happy one.

I'm remembering all the Christmas Eve's we shared when we were kids and would come to the house on Washington Street It's hard to think that one of us is now in heaven, but I think Donny is waiting there for when we all come and can put on the Christmas pagents.Grandma Alters will be sitting at the piano and playing the songs while we sing.
I'm sure Aunt Joyce and Uncle Don are reunited with Donny and my Mom and Harry are right there with them.
Dee, my heart goes out to you and the boys. Donny was a good husband and a great Dad.
