Hard to believe it´s been 8 years!!! Always enjoyed taking care of Greg and visiting with you both. Glad Greg didn´t see Patrick Kane getting traded and Jonathan Toews retire. I know what a big Blackhawks fan he was. Special thoughts and prayers for you especially today. Praying good memories are making you smile today. Kandy RN 2ICU

Today will be a bittersweet celebration of Greg's life together with a heart wrenching goodbye which is really "see you later". Godspeed Greg! Your legacy of courage and love will inspire us all for years to come. Your Uncle Bob has talked about you so much as his hero and as the most loyal Chicago fan ever that I feel as though I know you. God Bless and comfort your dedicated loving family who inspire us all as well. When the Blackhawks win the cup thank Greg!

Dear Melissa and Steve
We send our deepest condolences on the loss of your amazing son. I remember Greg from our days as parents at Washington School and also when I did my student teaching there. He was a courageous young man, smart, funny, and kind. We wish you peace during this very difficult time. Again, our deepest condolences.

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to Greg's family. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Greg's passing, as were others at Loyola. Greg wasa brave and couragous young man. The Blackhawks just lost one of their biggest fans. I know Greg is an angel and will watch over his family. May God hold his parents, and extended family and friends in the palm of his hand, to comfort them during this devasting time. God Bless you Greg. To his parents, you are in my prayers, you were wonderful parents and Greg was so Blessed to have you.
My Deepest Sympathy,

I am so sad to hear about Greg.. In fact, so many of us are heartbroken at Loyola. Greg was always a fighter and I cannot believe he is gone. Heaven received another angel. May you find the strength the heal together during this difficult time.
