Kyle Needham Obituary

Kyle Lawrence Needham

Kyle Lawrence Needham, 46, of Williams Bay, WI, passed suddenly on April 14, 2025. Born on December 17, 1978, in Lake County, Illinois, he will forever be remembered as a man of kindness, generosity, and integrity, who was devoted to his spouse, Jennifer Marcomb; and two sons, Van and Nash, who were the loves of his life.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed biking, fishing, waterskiing, and spending time in the arid climate of the Southwest. His early love of downhill skiing started at Wilmot Mountain and led him to competitions across the U.S. and Canada, eventually landing him a spot in the 1998 X Games Big Air ski competition in Crested Butte, CO, as well as a featured athlete in Powder Magazine that same year. He later turned his attention to motorsports, and in 2008 was the only solo rider to complete an "ironman" run of the Baja 500 on his pro-class ATV, finishing in just over 14 hours.

He leaves behind a legacy of work as an accomplished carpenter, home builder, and remodeler, which started in the California Bay Area, then to Lake Tahoe, until finally returning to his roots in Illinois and Wisconsin.

In addition to his spouse and children, he is survived by his mother, Carol; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence.

A private celebration of life will be held.

A memorial has been established at https://gofund.me/c19dc4ab to honor Kyle and will be used to support his family during this time of transition.
