Jack was born to Teresa and John Liebert New Year day. Followed by his sisters. Cherie Liebert, Michelle Wagar and Joanne Thompson. Jack blessed us with his son's Dillon and Caleb Liebert and granddaughter Lyric. He was a proud uncle to Denise Messick, Josh, Dawayne and Jenna Wagar, Ariel Bowling, Alex Thompson and Leanna Herbert. Thank you for the love and support in this most difficult time.

My deepest condolences to your family Jack in these very trying times.
I hated it when you sold the house and moved away because I always felt safe and secure in my house knowing you were next door.
I also miss the heart-to-heart talks we used to have.
I hope you are at peace now but we will miss you a lot
