IRONTON -- Malcolm Price "Mac" Ringo II, 77, of Ironton passed away Sept. 29, 2003, in Fredericktown. He was born Dec. 31, 1925, in Ironton, the son of the late Malcolm P. Ringo I, and Hester Jane Rudy. On May 14, 1949, he was united marriage to Elanor Bradley who survives.
To this union was born two children, Malcolm Price Ringo III of Ironton and Madelyn Martignoni of Fredericktown.
Also surving are: Three sisters: Roberta Thompson and Evelyn Lindberg of Ironton and Annette Miller of Sherman, Texas. Four grandsons, one great-grandson, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ringo.
He was a business, merchant, and real estate developer in the Arcadia Valley. He was Vice-President of Iron County Security Bank for 20 years. He was a memeber of the First Baptist Church of Ironton, President of the MO L.P. Gas Association, charter member of the Arcadia Valley Country Club. During World War II he served his country in the United State Army Air Corps.
Memorial Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Bryson Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Rhodes officiating.
Visitation will begin Oct. 3 at 10 a.m.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's or American Heart Association.
