Ruth Ann Lange
FARMINGTON – Ruth Ann Lange, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2022, at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 76. She was born on January 22, 1946, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was the daughter of the late Helen Frances and Cledith Wakefield Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Lange, her grandson, Von Lange, her great-grandson, Arthur Warren, and her siblings, Richard Wakefield, and Charlotte Wakefield Beard.
Ruth is survived by her children, Katherine (Bryan) Kiepe of Farmington and James "Jimmy" (Dawn) Lange II of Des Arc, her grandchildren, Valerie Warren, Shawn (Tracie) Raglin, Andy (Kelcey) Kiepe, Byron Barber, Destiny (Ronnie Meyers) Lange, and Cassaundra Lange, numerous great-grandchildren, her brother, Cledith (Kristi) Wakefield Jr. her goddaughter, Elizabeth Pelphrey, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ruth worked as a Unit Secretary for Parkland Health Center for 36 years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She enjoyed fishing and music, especially Elvis Presley. Ruth loved her children and grandchildren. She was a firecracker but a ray of sunshine and had a great sense of humor. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, from 5: p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, May 17 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel. Interment to follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Ruth was a very sweet person. I loved going to visit my mother at Presbyterian Manor when Ruth was in her unit. She was always so pleasant and made me smile. So sorry for the families loss.

Sad to hear of Ruth´s passing, but glad she is set free. I thought a lot of Ruth. She was a wonderful woman.
