Sandra Jean DeNoyer
STE GENEVIEVE – Sandra DeNoyer, of Ste. Genevieve, entered into eternal rest on August 11, 2022, at her residence at the age of 72. She was born August 12, 1949, in Lemay, Missouri, to the late Elsa Eugene Wisely and Adaline (Heller) Wisely. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Lee DeNoyer; two brothers, Gregory Wisely and Curt Wisely and a sister, Lola Reardon.
Sandra loved living in the beautiful countryside near Coffman, Missouri. She was a fantastic cook whose specialty was fried chicken and chicken and dumplings. Playing bingo was one of her favorite pastimes. When she was only nine years old she met Oliver DeNoyer at grade school in Lemay. They formed a lifelong relationship and at the time of Sandra's passing, she and Oliver had been married 56 years. More than anything, she loved being Maw to her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Oliver; children, Tammy (Burton) Adams, Junior DeNoyer, Patrick DeNoyer, Tina (Mark) Dickerson, Matt (Pam) DeNoyer; 15 grandchildren; five grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Eudena Bates and Louise Wisely and brother-in-law, Marvin McPhern. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
